What is Enneagram?

The Enneagram is an ancient system that describes 9 broad personality types within 3 centres of intelligence, and provides us with a superior framework for understanding ourselves and others based on the focus of attention that we are born with.

Whilst traditionally used as a method for understanding personality, it is so much more than that. The insights gained from this system can have far reaching benefits in the home, at work, in relationships of all types, and for our general wellbeing.

I believe the Enneagram provides a key to living a more centred and fulfilling life.

The diagram includes 9 numbers that represent the nine types, or the focus of attention that we are born with – our way of
seeing the world. These types drive us to a set of repetitive behaviours that appear as a reaction to the triggers around us

truly fulfilling life and reaching our full potential
